Allow all aspects of prostitution, such as:
- Service providers (prostitutes)
- Customers (clients)
- Promoters (agents)
- Venues (brothels)
- Operators (managers)
Banning prostitution isn't fair.
Reclaim words
Reclaim the words prostitute and prostitution.
Is prostitution immoral? If not, then why should the words prostitute and prostitution be considered offensive? Reclaim the word slut but not prostitute?
There's no other words for prostitute and prostitution. The terms sex worker and sex work aren't identical in meaning to the words prostitute and prostitution. The term sex worker is an umbrella term. It could refer to, eg, a prostitute, porn performer, or stripper. The words prostitute and prostitution allow us to refer to a specific type of sex worker and sex work.
